Famous for the legendary Anjuna Flea Market held every Wednesday — one of India's oldest and most iconic flea markets with everything from Tibetan jewelry to Indian spices, electronic music, and bohemian clothing. The stunning red laterite cliffs overlooking the turquoise Arabian Sea create a dramatic landscape. Famous for full moon parties that attract international DJs, the historic Mascarenhas Mansion, and a hippie vibe that has persisted since the 1960s when it was a destination for the global counterculture movement.
